Purchaser agrees to indemnify and save harmless Qualifiedleadsource.com, its directors, shareholders, officers, agents, employees and representatives (collectively, "Qualifiedleadsource.com") from any and all liabilities, lawsuits, penalties, claims or demands (including the costs, expenses and reasonable attorneys’ fees on account thereof) that may be made by any third party for injuries, damages or losses sustained as a result of Purchaser’s use of the List (or, use of the List by any employee, director, agent or representative of Purchaser) in any manner and/or for any purpose not expressly permitted by this Agreement. Purchaser agrees to defend Qualifiedleadsource.com, at Qualifiedleadsource.com’s request, against any such liability, claim or demand. Purchaser shall promptly notify Qualifiedleadsource.com in writing of any claims or demands against Qualifiedleadsource.com for which Purchaser is responsible here under. The foregoing indemnity shall be in addition to any other indemnity obligations of Purchaser set forth in this Agreement.
